Let’s Talk About Growing Up! Wellcast Explores the Physical, Mental and Emotional Paths to Wellness

Wellcast – exploring the physical, mental and emotional paths to wellness

Found this gem of a channel on Youtube by accident and it was too good not to share…

There are a lot of topics we should talk to our children about but we don’t. Sometimes we don’t think to talk about it until it happens; other times, we just don’t know how to talk about it so we wait, and sometimes we wait too long. Videos, especially ones that have been cleverly put together, can be a great way to open up a subject and get the ball rolling. Watchwellcast on youtube has a terrific series of videos covering a wide range of topics to help parents broach those awkward subjects…

About Wellcast

Watchwellcast is a bi-weekly show exploring the physical, mental and emotional paths to wellness. With an emphasis on education, the show addresses both the latest trends and long-standing practices of wellness, covering everything from the efficacy of the gratitude experiment to the importance of sunshine and vitamin D. This series of videos seeks to guide us on a twice-a-week journaling exercise where the ultimate goal is to have take a collective journey to wellness.

Here are some typical episodes you might expect to see from Wellcast:

  1. Conquering Your Fear
  2. Coping With Grief
  3. Anger Management
  4. Dealing With Rejection
  5. How to be More Confident
  6. My Friend Needs Help

These are Wellcast videos that I have found particularly relevant to the subjects we cover…
