Activities: The 1st International Baby Show 2009

My friend SM told me about this one, too…

What: The 1st International Baby Show 2009

Where: KLCC Convention Centre

When: 6-8th October, 2009 (10am – 6pm)

It appears that 6-7th October is strictly for trade visitors only and the exhibition is open to public visitors (i.e. parents, families, etc.) only on the 8th October.

Sounds like an interesting exhibition covering education, food and nutrition, healthcare, hygiene, baby care, baby accessories, toys, and clothes.  They also have a section on financial and professional services targeting mothers and babies.

If you want to know what’s new on the market, what’s up and coming in the children’s industry, this sounds like the place to be.  I’m not sure if you will have the opportunity to buy anything but they do state that manufacturers and retailers will be there.

There is no mention of entry fees so I guess the only thing you’ve got to lose by going is a bit of your time…

Being as large as a whale these days, I haven’t decided if we’ll be going yet.  Based on past experiences with exhibitions, Gavin has never been too keen to remain in the exhibition hall.  Then again, those weren’t exactly exhibitions he would be interested in.

Personally, I’m most interested in the education, toys and accessories department…
